Say, Cheese was born from family, tradition, and a love for bringing people together. What started as homemade charcuterie boards for family gatherings quickly turned into something more—thanks to a little inspiration from our Mawmaw, who saw the magic in what we were creating and encouraged us to share it with others.

As twin sisters and busy moms, we took that idea and ran with it. We built Say, Cheese not just as a business, but as a way to create beautiful, memorable experiences while showing our kids the importance of chasing their dreams and building something of their own.

Today, Say, Cheese is a charcuterie experience designed to elevate any event—whether it’s an intimate gathering, a celebration, or a special occasion. Every board and display is crafted with care, creativity, and a touch of family love.
